It's a free and easy to use database program, a powerful information organizer, PIM and outline text editor. It is ideal for storing notes, emails, URLs. The pay-for version of this excellent dictionary/thesaurus allows you to do wildcard searches (good for crosswords) and anagrams, but the free version is a very useful Windows tray application that works with all editors. |

IrfanView is
written by Bosnian student Irfan Skiljian who lives in Austria. It can display almost any kind of graphic file, including movies and .wav sounds. There are plugins for Flash, MP3 and more. A directory of graphic files can be browsed as a page of thumbnails or played as a slide-show. This excellent program is free for home use. |
